Ron Cygnarowicz, CMPC, cHt holds a degree in neuroscience and multiple certifications in mental performance and coaching. He has spent years working with competitive softball and baseball athletes at every level, and has had the privilege of mentoring under the nation's leading mental performance coaches — coaches who work with elite and professional athletes. That training and experience is what the STRYV Method is built on.
STRYV was built on a pattern Ron kept seeing across two very different worlds: elite athletes and high-stakes business. What was missing in both wasn't motivation or more reps — it was a repeatable, trainable system for recognizing pressure patterns, regulating the body's response to them, and performing at their best in the moments that matter most. Ron built STRYV to deliver exactly that — not as a generic mindset program, but as a sport-specific, athlete-centered system grounded in practical neuroscience and performance coaching.
STRYV is designed from the ground up to be method-first and coach-delivered — meaning the system, not the practitioner, is the product. Ron architected the STRYV Method, the assessment framework, and the coaching infrastructure so that trained coaches can deliver consistent, high-quality results across athletes, teams, and competitive levels at scale.
"Every athlete we work with already has the skill. The mental game isn't about adding belief on top of ability — it's about removing the interference that stops the ability from showing up when it counts. That's a trainable system. That's what STRYV is built to teach."
