Whole-Athlete ToolsBuilt to help athletes carry confidence, composure, and resilience beyond the field.

Athletes. Real results.

These are the patterns we see most. A parent who didn’t know what else to try. An athlete who had the skill but couldn’t access it. Something shifted.

“My daughter was a starter at 14U. By 16U she was asking to be pulled mid-game. Not because her mechanics changed — they were fine. She just stopped trusting herself the second anything went wrong. After working with STRYV she has a reset she actually uses. She’s pitching in big moments again.”

“I’d go 0-for-4 and the next three games I was already in my head before the first pitch. Couldn’t stop thinking about my mechanics, the scouts, everything at once. STRYV gave me a way to actually reset between at-bats instead of just trying to act like it didn’t bother me. Completely different.”
M.R.
Shortstop / OF · High School Varsity · Wake Forest, NC
“Our son had every college coach you could want at his showcases and he played tight every single time. Physically he’s a D1 kid. Mentally he was playing not to fail. STRYV helped him understand what was actually happening and gave him something real to do about it. Night and day from last fall.”

Practical tools. Real pressure moments.

STRYV helps athletes train the mental side of competition with the same clarity they bring to skills work: simple language, repeatable routines, and sport-specific tools they can actually use in games.

Practitioner-Built

Founded by Ron Cygnarowicz, an entrepreneur, executive coach, and former competitive athlete, STRYV turns mental performance into a practical system for competitive baseball and softball families.

Outcome-Focused

The goal is not more theory. It is helping athletes enjoy the game again, compete with confidence, recover faster, and keep more doors open.

Parent-Aware

STRYV gives parents language and tools that support confidence without adding pressure, turning the family system into part of the solution.

The STRYV Method™

A simple system for performing freely.

The STRYV Method gives athletes a repeatable way to recognize pressure, calm the body, redirect attention, and compete with a clear assignment. Each step is reinforced between sessions with custom-scripted, multi-sensory visualization audio built around the athlete's specific pressure pattern and next game situation.

S
State Control
Condition a composed, confident neurological state that holds under competitive pressure — not just in practice, but in the exact moments that count.
T
Thought Direction
Train automatic redirection away from threat-processing and toward execution. Not positive thinking — conditioned interruption of unproductive patterns.
R
Response Conditioning
Directly recondition the automatic responses that trigger under pressure — the spiral, the mechanical monitoring, the recovery gap after mistakes.
Y
Your Identity
Build a stable competitive identity that doesn't depend on recent results, observer opinion, or statistics. The foundation everything else builds on.
V
Visualization
Neuroscience-based mental rehearsal that strengthens neural pathways for confident, automatic execution — specific to the athlete's sport, position, and pressure moments.

Built to help athletes execute freely under pressure.

STRYV was founded by Ron Cygnarowicz after seeing the same pressure patterns show up in athletes, founders, and executives: overthinking, fear of failure, identity pressure, and the inability to reset after mistakes.

Practical Foundation

STRYV blends executive coaching, athletic experience, neuroscience-informed tools and sport-specific modalities into a system athletes can actually use in games.

Built for Families

The work is designed for the real world of competitive baseball and softball, where confidence, joy, recruiting pressure, and next-level opportunity all intersect.

Designed to Scale

STRYV is being built as a coach-delivered mental performance platform supported by trained coaches, performance psychology guidance, and athletes who understand high-level competition.

What the work actually looks like.

STRYV is not talk therapy and it's not motivation. Every session is practical, measurable, and built around the athlete's specific pressure pattern.

01
Evaluation Call — No Cost
A 30–45 minute conversation to understand the athlete's sport, level, competitive situation, and pressure pattern. For youth athletes, a parent joins. If STRYV isn't the right fit, we'll say so directly and point you somewhere better.

02
Pressure Profile Session
Session one maps exactly where pressure disrupts the athlete's execution — body tension, focus loss, confidence collapse, slow reset, or evaluation anxiety. This becomes the foundation for every tool we build.
Session 1
03
Tool Training
Sessions build specific regulation tools — breath-based reset, attention anchoring, pre-pitch/at-bat routines, identity language — customized to the athlete's sport, position, and pressure triggers.
Sessions 2–4
04
Competitive Rehearsal
Athletes practice using their tools under simulated pressure — high-leverage counts, bad-inning scenarios, showcase moments, mistake sequences. The goal is automatic execution, not conscious effort.

Custom Visualization Audio — Every Session
After every session, a personalized guided visualization audio is scripted from the athlete's pressure pattern, position, and upcoming game situation and delivered directly to them. 5 to 7 minutes. They listen 3 to 4 times a week between sessions. This is not a template — it is built for this athlete, this moment, this sport. No other coaching program delivers this as a standard part of every package.
